What is Dubby?
Dubby is a powdered energy drink built for focus. Each serving delivers smooth energy and sharper concentration without the jitters, crash, sugar, or artificial dyes you get from canned energy drinks. Mix a scoop with water and go conquer a task.

Each full serving contains 150mg of caffeine — about the same as a strong cup of coffee. Health guidelines recommend healthy adults stay under 400mg of caffeine per day, so we suggest a maximum of 2 servings daily.
New to caffeine or sensitive to it? Start with a half scoop and see how you feel. Dubby is not recommended for anyone under 18, pregnant women, or people avoiding caffeine for medical reasons.

Full transparency — no proprietary blends. Every tub contains 10 vitamins, amino acids, and nootropics, including patented Natural Coffee Fruit Extract for focus, taurine, and vitamins B3, B6, B12, and C. Zero sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors or dyes, no fillers.
Dubby is manufactured in the USA in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities. If you can handle coffee or a standard energy drink, you can handle Dubby.

Add one scoop to 8–12 oz (250–400ml) of cold water, shake for 20–30 seconds, and drink. Want it lighter? Use a half scoop or more water — dial the strength to your taste.

We aim to ship within 24 hours of your order (Mon–Fri; big launches and restocks can add a few business days). Once shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number — allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.
- USA + Puerto Rico: 1–5 days depending on your distance from California. Expedited handling is available at checkout.
- International: typically 1–3 weeks, occasionally longer depending on your country's carrier.

Yes — we ship worldwide, including to all APO/FPO military addresses (select USA as your country at checkout regardless of where you're stationed). Your parcel is handed off to your local carrier once it reaches your country.
Heads up: international shipping carries a small risk of delays, and we can't be liable for international carrier mistakes, so double-check your address before ordering.

Dubby Club is our monthly subscription: every 30 days we hand-select and ship you 30 servings of the Flavor of the Month for $39.99/mo + shipping. Flavors rotate monthly and can include anything on our site — plus unreleased flavors and limited-edition reserves you can't buy anywhere else.
Important: this is a recurring subscription. It rebills every 30 days until you pause or cancel it, which you can do yourself anytime — no emails, no phone calls (see the next question).
Join Dubby ClubHow do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You're in full control — no need to contact support. To cancel or pause:
- Log into your Dubby Club account (the link also lives at the bottom of every page).
- Open your subscription and choose Pause or Cancel. Done.
To avoid being charged for a renewal you don't want, cancel or pause before your next billing date — including during a free trial. Renewals that have already been processed can't be refunded unless the unopened product is returned.
Manage My SubscriptionWhat's your return and refund policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email contact@dubby.gg first — items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
The fine print, so there are no surprises:
- Sale items and orders placed with a coupon code aren't eligible for return or refund.
- Limited edition items, collectibles, and gift cards are final sale.
- A 15% restocking fee applies; shipping is not refundable.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within about 5 business days.
Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
