    Customer support just doesn't respond.

    The metal cup no longer works and auctions to the straw, I didnt like the chefs choice either. When I tried to message support, they just straight up never replied.

    Great Quality and Looks Amazing

    Been using for a few months now and it's held up to me being rough with it. The design looks great, love the art of Frieren on it.

    The bottle broke

    I went to use the bottle but the flip lid/straw snapped off on the first use. otherwise its a pretty bottle.

    Very pleased

    So this is my second DUBBY cup (I got Himmel The Hero and I got my partner the Frieren metal cup) very pleased with the actual make of the cups, they clean much better than my Solo Leveling Jin Woo cup and dont retain past flavors which is nice for when I feel like doing a couple scoops of Dubsludge, Cali-O-Cream or The Beyond Journeys End Frieren flavor.
