    Disappointed

    Cup looked great, but had some sort of sealing issue at the bottom and leaked all my water out onto the desk before I’d even opened the powder tub. Customer service was not great, there was some back and forth, a day later they had me dig it and the shipping envelope out of the trash for photos, and then another day later were asking for a video of it leaking. Trash is out and at the curb now, sir. I was never told to keep it for videos or return. I just wanted a functional cup so I could promote your products, but I’m not jumping through hoops to do so. Two stars for the cup design, it was cute.
