    Great product but now you refuse to help me with an order

    I love the product but after making a new order-its been 8 days since being told my tub has been shipped, no movement on the tracking and absolutely no signs of it showing up. Emailed you all and i got a "dont worry its coming" type response. I am a partner and now I am concerned that when my community makes purchases this same thing will happen. I love the product and will promote it well to thousands but this is a frustrating experience for me as my first order took 3 days to receive....tomorrow will be day 9....I was going to 1 star but i truly love the product....I will fix review once someone actually helps with my concern...Im even willing to buy an additional tub if you want to just apply a credit and reprocess order...very frustrating
